By using BlowMe AI, submitting your information, joining the waitlist, or accessing any features during beta or public release, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Product Purpose
BlowMe AI provides tools and insights to help users create faceless news videos by analyzing data from competitor YouTube channels. We do not guarantee monetization, channel growth, or specific performance on YouTube or any other platform.
Account Eligibility
To use BlowMe AI services, you must:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Comply with all applicable local and international laws
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials you receive.
Beta Disclaimer
BlowMe AI is currently in closed beta. During this phase:

Payment & Access
If you purchase a paid plan (e.g. $599/year):
You agree to the pricing, features, and renewal policy shown at checkout
Access is non-transferable
No refunds are guaranteed unless specified
Waitlist access is free and does not guarantee immediate beta entry.
Cancellation & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these terms
You misuse the platform
You attempt to harm our system, users, or reputation
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or outcomes caused by:
Misuse of tool outputs
Platform downtime
External platform policies (e.g. demonetization on YouTube)
Use BlowMe AI at your own discretion and risk.
