Refund Policy

7-Day Refund Window

We offer a 7-day refund window on all new BlowMe AI subscription purchases, subject to one important condition: no credits from the purchase may have been used. Once a credit has been consumed (i.e. you have generated at least one AI clip job), the sale is considered final and the purchase is non-refundable.

This policy reflects the fact that AI clip generation incurs real, immediate compute costs that we cannot recover.

Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following are true:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase or most recent renewal.
  • You have not used any credits from the purchase being refunded (clip jobs generated = 0).
  • Your account is in good standing (no terms-of-service violations).

If credits have been used, refunds may still be considered at our discretion in cases of clear technical fault on our side (e.g. the service was non-functional during your subscription period). Contact us with the details and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

How refunds are processed

All payments for BlowMe AI are processed by our Merchant of Record, Whop.com. Refunds are issued through Whop in accordance with Whop's Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

How to request a refund

You can request a refund in either of the following ways:

  1. Visit whop.com/orders and look up your order using the email address you used to purchase. Request the refund directly from there.
  2. Email us at info@tuberisers.com with your order details, and we will help you arrange the refund through Whop.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or through Whop. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to credits already issued until then. After cancellation, no further charges will be made and your subscription will not auto-renew.

Cancellation is not the same as a refund. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not return the most recent payment. If you would also like a refund for the most recent payment and you meet the 7-day no-credits-used criteria above, request the refund explicitly via Whop or email.

Renewals

The 7-day refund window applies to each new billing period independently — so every renewal has its own 7-day refund window, again subject to the no-credits-used condition for that period's credit allotment.

Non-refundable items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Subscription periods where any credit has been used.
  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after the charge.
  • Add-on credit packs once any credit from the pack has been used.

Statutory rights

Where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence grant you broader refund rights than this policy, those laws apply and override this policy to the extent required.
