By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
BlowMe AI is an AI-powered video clipping platform that helps creators turn long-form videos into short, vertical clips suitable for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Features include automated clip selection, caption generation, template styling, and exporting clips to your device.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep that information up to date. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach.

The Service, including all software, design, branding, logos, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by Muhammad Sohaib and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose within the plan you have subscribed to. No other rights are granted.
You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit, and modify your uploaded content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you (for example, to process your video, generate clips, and deliver them back to you). This licence ends when you delete your content or close your account, except where retention is required by law.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Whop.com. Whop.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Whop provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By purchasing a subscription or credits, you also agree to Whop's Buyer Terms, which govern payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as selected) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account dashboard or via Whop. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 7-day refund window on new subscriptions and renewals, provided no credits from that purchase have been used. Once a credit has been consumed, the sale is final. Please see our Refund Policy for full details and how to request a refund through Whop.
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors outside our control.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you: materially breach these Terms; fail to pay any amount due; create security or fraud risk; or engage in repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time by contacting info@tuberisers.com. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muhammad Sohaib from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your content; your use of the Service; your violation of these Terms; or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, internet or power outages, or third-party service failures.
