Privacy Notice

Last updated: 17 April 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Notice explains how Muhammad Sohaib, an individual sole proprietor based in Pakistan trading as BlowMe AI (the "Service", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use blowmeai.com and related services. We act as the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us at info@tuberisers.com.

2. Data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

  • Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in (including via Google).
  • User content: videos you upload, YouTube URLs you submit, transcripts, generated clips, captions, and any other content you create using the Service.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, credit consumption, timestamps, and interactions with the Service.
  • Device & technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and referring URL.
  • Support data: messages, attachments, and other information you send when you contact us for help.
  • Billing data: handled directly by our Merchant of Record (Whop). We receive limited information such as your subscription status, plan name, and customer ID — but never your full payment card details.

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To provide the Service: create your account, authenticate you, process your videos, generate clips and captions, store your projects, and deliver outputs back to you.
  • To process payments: via our Merchant of Record, Whop, including managing subscriptions, renewals, refunds, and tax compliance.
  • To support you: respond to your enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer service.
  • To secure the Service: detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security threats, and policy violations.
  • To improve the Service: analyse usage patterns to fix bugs, improve features, and develop new ones.
  • To comply with legal obligations: retain records, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms.

4. Legal basis for processing

We rely on the following legal bases under applicable data-protection law:

  • Performance of a contract — to provide the Service you have signed up for.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure the Service, prevent fraud, improve our product, and communicate with you about your account.
  • Consent — where required for non-essential cookies or optional communications. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation — to comply with tax, accounting, and other legal requirements.

5. Who we share your data with

We share personal data only with the following categories of recipients:

  • Service providers (subprocessors): hosting, cloud storage, database, authentication, and infrastructure providers that help us operate the Service.
  • AI processing partners: third-party AI providers we use to analyse videos, generate captions, and select clip moments. Your content is sent to these providers solely to deliver the Service.
  • Merchant of Record (Whop): Whop handles all sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing. Their use of your data is governed by Whop's Privacy Policy.
  • Professional advisers: legal, accounting, and tax advisers, where necessary.
  • Authorities: law-enforcement, regulators, or courts where required to comply with applicable law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

6. International transfers

Because we use international cloud-infrastructure and AI providers, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and the European Economic Area. Where such transfers take place, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms required by applicable law.

7. Data retention

We keep your personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice:

  • Account data: for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period after closure for legal and accounting purposes.
  • User content (videos, clips, transcripts): retained while your account is active. You can delete projects at any time from your dashboard. Deleted content is removed from active storage and purged from backups within a reasonable period.
  • Billing records: retained for as long as required by tax and accounting laws (typically 6–10 years).
  • Support messages: retained for up to 3 years to maintain a record of resolved issues.

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Depending on the laws of your country of residence, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate data;
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
  • Restrict or object to processing of your data;
  • Request a portable copy of your data;
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
  • Lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@tuberisers.com. We will respond within one month, as required by applicable law.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage, access controls, authentication, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If we add such cookies in the future, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where required.

11. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.

13. Contact

If you have any questions about this Privacy Notice or how we handle your data, please contact us at info@tuberisers.com.
